Presidential Service Award

At the start of my Sophomore year of high school, I set myself a lofty goal -- to complete 100 hours of service by May 1st and earn the Presidential Bronze Service Award. Over the course of the school year, I volunteered with over fifteen organizations, including North Texas Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, United to Learn, and more, eventually receiving the esteemed award.

Senior Service

Every Monday, seniors at my school spread out across the DFW metroplex to complete their Senior Service. Each week, I make my way down to UTD Callier Center to work in one of their classrooms, assisting with learning activities, classroom supervision, and, best of all, playing with the kids!
